Our Story

Hello, I’m Inga, a passionate baker based in Thetford, Norfolk.

Though I am mainly self-taught, I’ve also taken a few cake decorating courses to fine-tune my skills. Baking is a continual journey for me—one that involves constant learning, experimentation, and dedication to ensuring every cake I create meets the highest standards. The process takes time, research, practice, and a whole lot of creativity.

Growing up, I developed a love for cooking, learning many valuable techniques from my mother. However, it was my husband who encouraged me to turn my passion for cake decorating into a business. I’ve been decorating cakes professionally for over 10 years now, and every day is still as exciting as the first.

I love every step of the baking process—from selecting the finest ingredients to mixing them with care. But the part I truly adore is the decoration. There’s always something new to try, and I never get bored in the kitchen!
